LSG has helped many of the world’s most important organizations address their most critical issues. We create impact.
- 100 manufacturing events produced
- 500 earned media hits generated
- Thousands of community leaders engaged
The leading association for America’s manufacturers sought to improve the perceptions of the industry and educate communities about the value the industry provides.
LSG helped launch an industry-leading, nationwide communications and public affairs campaign: “Creators Wanted” and the award-winning “State of Manufacturing” tour. Over several years, we have increased awareness about the industry’s value as well as the nation’s workforce crisis and need to fill a projected 2.1 million unfulfilled manufacturing jobs by 2030. LSG executed nearly 100 manufacturing events that brought together thousands of community leaders and garnered over 500 earned media hits.
- Double digit increases in brand awareness, opinion, message retention, and consideration
- Averted workforce and labor threats in key markets
One of the nation’s largest owners and operators of hospitals was grappling with multiple business challenges, including workforce and unionization issues, new acquisitions, and scrutiny from lawmakers, regulators, and the media. The company engaged LSG to support the execution of a corporate reputation campaign across their most vulnerable markets and measure the campaign’s impact and effectiveness.
LSG conducted rigorous message testing research across the company’s addressable markets to define the most effective messaging, language, and messengers to create and shape perceptions. Guided by these insights, our team launched an advocacy program to strengthen the company’s reputation with key influencers, community leaders, and organizations in vulnerable markets. Our team also designed a reputation tracking instrument to measure impact and effectiveness as well as optimize the campaign. As a result, we were able to track and achieve significant improvements in brand awareness, opinion, message retention, and consideration of the enterprise and local market brands, and ultimately, successfully averted workforce and labor threats in key markets.
- Nearly 2,000 corporate stories collected
- 750+ messengers prepared for deployment
As one of the leading delivery app technology companies experienced massive growth around the globe, they faced new regulatory challenges.
Recognizing that some of the most impactful voices in describing the impact of their business were their own team members, LSG mobilized a team of dedicated community organizers to conduct outreach, collect stories, train spokespeople, and deploy messengers to participate in key campaigns. In the first three months of this campaign alone, we collected nearly 2,000 stories and prepared over 750 messengers.
