He has conducted public opinion research across the U.S. and globally to help solve some of the toughest communications challenges. He has deep expertise leveraging research and insights to achieve brand, marketing, corporate reputation, and public affairs goals. Prior to LSG, Phillip led Luntz Global Partners’ health care and energy practices, managed integrated communications campaigns at Purple Strategies, and worked on political campaigns for presidential, Senate, and gubernatorial candidates.
