Kelly is LSG’s chief people officer where she is responsible for building and maintaining the company culture through a positive employee experience. Kelly oversees LSG’s human resources department, benefits, hiring, staff training, and professional development. Kelly also manages LSG’s war room operation—the Bullpen—which generates high-quality communications and grassroots deliverables helping clients to achieve industry and business objectives. She brings a decade of communications and management experience to LSG, previously working for a national trade association and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.
Do you have pets? If yes, what is one funny thing they do that makes you smile?
I have a cat named Bobcat. He is tailless and has the grumpiest face. Bobcat doesn’t really meow—instead he screams, which can be both hysterical and annoying.
