LSG Adds Key Leadership Roles, Positions Firm for Future Growth and Impact

Washington, D.C. – LSG, a leading impact agency that helps clients grow, evolve, and protect their brands and reputations, today announced Tara Rush as Partner and Chief Communications and Brand Officer and Brendan Daley as Chief of Staff.

Rush will lead LSG’s communications practice, enhance the firm’s communications and brand capabilities, and serve as a senior counselor to clients and talent across the business. Daley will provide strategic counsel, drive internal growth initiatives, and lead LSG’s thought leadership. Rush and Daley will be a part of LSG’s Management Team, which oversees the firm’s business strategy.    

With the addition of Rush, LSG Partner Ben Jenkins will expand his role as a senior communications and public affairs advisor to LSG’s largest clients. Additionally, Jenkins will focus on the strategic growth and direction of LSG, helping guide long-term planning and innovative strategies that expand the client base and enhance LSG’s market position across communications and public affairs.

Rush has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience. Most recently, Rush was Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communications Officer at Audi, where she led the planning, development, and execution of all marketing, advertising, and communications initiatives. She played a pivotal role in closing the gap to key competition with record highs in brand health metrics and dramatically improved employee culture scores. Rush also successfully led corporate and brand communications, public affairs, and ESG efforts for HEINEKEN USA. Earlier in her career, Rush worked with brands such as Apple, Microsoft, Absolut, Hilton, Mattel, and Verizon at various PR agencies.

Daley also brings both agency and in-house experience to LSG. Daley comes to LSG from the communications team at Amazon, supporting the retail and device businesses. Notably, Daley led all corporate, crisis, and internal communications efforts for Ring. Daley served as a media spokesperson and oversaw communication programming and narrative building for Ring’s community and social impact, public policy initiatives, and other top issues. Prior to Amazon, Daley led Edelman’s Washington, D.C. Crisis and Reputation Risk team and spent time in the agency’s San Francisco, Tokyo, and Mumbai offices.
