July 19, 2023

NEW YORK, NY – LSG, a leading impact agency helping clients grow, evolve, and protect their brands and reputations, announced today that it has hired Jasme Bantens as a Principal and Jordan Stein as a Senior Director. Bantens and Stein will be based in LSG’s New York City office, reflecting the firm’s national growth and business trajectory.

Bantens is a Goldman Sachs alumnus and will lead LSG’s brand positioning and product marketing research for a variety of clients. A veteran of the Bloomberg family of organizations, Stein will focus on expanding LSG’s footprint in the New York City market.

“LSG is seeing exciting growth, and we are enthusiastic about our increasing presence across the country and particularly in New York City,” said LSG Founding Partner David Barnhart. “As we expand our reach, we are also focused on hiring top talent that helps us strengthen our best-in-class services and create meaningful impact for clients. Jasme and Jordan are talented communicators, and we are thrilled they are joining our team.”

Prior to LSG, Bantens served as Vice President of Global Media Sciences for Goldman Sachs, where she defined the vision for a global marketing, research, and measurement framework across the company. She has over 20 years of marketing experience, spanning research, analytics, and digital strategy and has worked at a variety of global media and measurement agencies, including Wavemaker, Digitas, and OMD. Bantens brings deep knowledge of customer data platforms that fuel audience segmentation and closed-loop measurement approaches, including survey design, creative testing, and brand positioning.

Most recently, Stein served as the founding Head of Public and Government Affairs for Rhino, a venture-backed real estate technology company which offers a financial product for renters in over 6 million properties in all 50-states. He began his career in the office of former New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, overseeing and advising on day-to-day operations and crisis management. Following the mayor’s time in office, Stein joined Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies, later serving as Chief of Staff for Bloomberg News’ coverage of the 2016 election.

“Jasme and Jordan have proven records of delivering impact and providing counsel at the highest levels of business and government. We look forward to the invaluable insights and experience each will bring to LSG that will bolster our ability to solve the nation’s most complex communications challenges,” Barnhart continued.

LSG has grown rapidly in recent years, with a focus on strategic investments to obtain top experts across practice areas resulting in the firm doubling its staff since 2020.
